NAFCDVI
The Fund aims to invest primarily in CEDEVIS Trust Certificates (Infonavit Housing Certificates), and as a complementary investment, in Government and Bank Debt Securities, and according to its liquidity and investment horizon, it has as reference 80% of the Index of CEDEVIS published by Valmer in order to correlate as much as possible to the performance of said Index less expenses and taxes generated by each series.

TYPE OF INSTRUMENTS
Mainly in Infonavit Housing Certificates (CEDEVIS) and in a smaller proportion in Debt Securities issued or guaranteed by the Federal Government and / or Bank Securities denominated in national currency. The CEDEVIS are Stock Certificates backed by mortgages originated by Infonavit through a trust, their payment source is mainly represented by the cash flows generated by a Portfolio of Mortgage Loans previously selected. These can be denominated in udis or pesos. The Fund may invest in both denominations.
